Welcome Back, Panther Families!

Good Evening Families,

I was so excited to see all our students today. I hope everyone had a great day. The day went smoothly for our students.

Here are a few things to note from the first day:
  • Students who are still needing chromebooks will receive them on Thursday.
  • We handed temporary ID badges out today. Please help us make sure your student is wearing at all times.
  • Please be patient in the drop off and pick up lines. The lines will get faster each day. We will continue to monitor and make changes as needed.
  • Buses did run behind today. These will also get faster each day.
  • We meet daily as a district team right now to address any issues from the school day and take action if needed.

As you are checking in with your student, please feel free to reach out with questions!

Thanks,
Ms. Beutnagel
Junior High Principal

Student Drop-off and Pick-up

Map
Students are picked up and dropped off in the front of the school. Cars should enter off of Hwy 123 at the old JH entrance and follow the path to the front of the JH Main Building. Students can only be dropped off and picked up in the yellow area.

The parking lot behind the school next to the Athletic Hallway and Competition Gym is reserved for bus drop off and pick up only. No car drop off/pick up.

Bell Schedules

Here are the bell schedules for this year. Please note, Panther Enrichment/Intervention and lunch for 6th and 7th depend on their enrichment teacher. See below for that list.

Lunch Information

We are excited to have the use of both caferterias this year. All students will have a Panther Enrichment and a lunch, however, depending on their Enrichment Teacher, they will either go to lunch first or enrichment first. Please see the chart below to determine your child's lunch. Their teacher in the class before lunch will also remind students of their lunch.

All 8th grade students will attend Panther Enrichment first then go to lunch.

Student ID's

Students are required to wear their Student Identification Cards visible all day. These may be worn on a lanyard or on a clip worn on their shirt. Students will receive a temporary ID on the first day of school. Permanent IDs will be distributed in a few weeks.

Replacement IDs: The first replacement ID will be free of charge. Following that, there is a $5.00 fee for replacements. Students can visit the library to receive their replacement IDs.

Please help your student find a place to store their IDs at home so they will not forget to bring them to school.
